Here is a quick pick at our latest “A taste of PERú” – Cooking classes, we will explore the flavours, ingredients and history of what its consider the best food in South America. Guided by Chef Alejandro Saravia.

Lets talk about Quinoa…., just writing the name of this Andean ingredients, I am getting exited! Quinoa is one of my favourite ingredients in Peruvian cuisine. Nowadays when people is getting more conscious about having a healthy diet and gluten free products. Let me introduce you to “Quinoa”, We will talk more about this Andean super food in our up coming ingredient of the month.

Date: Sat 12th Jun
