    Hi Alejandro!

    You’re right, Sydney is crazy about Quinoa!

    I did your Pumpkin Quinoto yesterday and I have to admitt that is just beautiful!

    My question is, I’m not so keen on broad beans, is there any other bean, apart from the traditional peas that I can use with this recipe?

    By the way, I like your web page, is really good that I can keep on learning Peruvian cuisine and at the same time asking you all my questions.
