September looks promising. Spring is coming up and so new events of “A taste of PERú“. PERUVIANTextures ( 8th, 9th September) and the flavours of Peru are in town!
At PERUVIANTextures you will full experience Peru with Chef Saravia in the kitchen creating a new menu for all those who want to taste Modern Peruvian Cuisine with his particular touch.
Inspired in “Cooking up dreams”, PERUVIANTextures gives the opportunity to enjoy dishes like Anticuchos or the famous national dish Ceviche al pomo.
To start with, a complimentary Pisco Sour (Peruvian Cocktail) to set the mood and open your taste-buds.
After, a five course diner through Peru, from the Coast to the Andes stopping by in the gastronomic soft spots of this amazing country.
An array of wines will be available for you to match the experience, including Argentinean Jed Wines and The Lincoln’s great cocktails as final touch.
