PERUVIAN textures menu is ON!

PERUVIANtextures is a series of dinners inspired in the documentary “Cooking Up Dreams” ( Ernesto Cabellos, 2009).

Whether an entire nation can be represented through its cuisine is Cabellos’ question, who shows a Gastronomic Peru close by its food.

After “Cooking Up Dreams” for the Sydney Latino Film Festival, keep discovering Peruvian gastronomy with PERUVIANtextures.

A five course diners with complementary pisco, where guests will experience Peruvian flavours with a menu created by Chef Saravia and inspired in the most popular Peruvian dishes but, as always, with his brilliant touch.

The Lincoln’s bar team with beautiful cocktails and a wine list with Argentinean wines among others are the perfect combination to have a delightful experience.
