“A taste of PERú” – Degustation nights
Exclusive degustation nights of Modern Peruvian Cuisine, involving a new way to experience Peruvian culture, having a taste of Peruvian haute cuisine and including traditional Peruvian Pisco Santiago Queirolo.
In his menu Chef Saravia utilizes fresh Australian ingredients married with Peruvian imports and prepared using both, modern and traditional cooking techniques.
While keeping in touch with his South American roots, Saravia and his interpretation of Peruvian cuisine, accompanied with creativity and a modern technique, continues refining his culinary art at “A taste of PERú” – Degustation nights.
Following the success of “A taste of PERú” (April, 2009 at Sydneyʼs north side), “Andean Flavours” (October, 2009 for the Sydney International Food Festival at Sheraton on the Park), and “Winter Sessions” (July , 2010 at The Lincoln) , Chef Saravia continues introducing Peruvian cuisine with a twist to Australian palates.
